Perhaps inspired by the title of the stage musical she was about to enjoy, Camilla Parker Bowles was dressed head-to-toe in ivory as she stepped out for The Woman In White alongside her royal companion, the Prince of Wales.

Prince Charles donned a smart tuxedo for the new £4-million Andrew Lloyd Webber musical, while Camilla opted for an elegant silk Paddy Campbell evening gown, embroidered with a turquoise and gold paisley motif.

Charles and Camilla were guests of honour at the Palace Theatre performance, which was in aid of the Prince's Trust charity organisation.

The Woman In White also saw the comeback of actor Michael Crawford, who returned to the West End stage for the first time in 18 years. He last appeared in Phantom Of The Opera in 1986.
