There's no mistaking the future heir to the throne's girlfriend these days. Kate Middleton's elegant dress sense never fails to set her out from the crowd, as was the case when she supported Prince William at a polo match on Saturday.

Wearing a strapless floral sundress that showed off her golden tan, and a string of this season's must-have pretty pink beads, the attractive 24-year-old continued to add her individual stamp to royal fashion.

Her boyfriend, however, has no such say in his appearance. The polo-playing Prince was sporting a regulation Army haircut at the Dorchester Trophy match, a short-back-and-sides approach which is a far cry from the floppy-haired look he wore during his student days at St Andrews University.

His military crop didn't seem to matter to Kate, however, who is a regular supporter at his polo games and looked on approvingly from the sidelines. They had reason to celebrate after William's team brought home victory at the game in Britain's oldest polo venue, Cirencester Park Polo Club in the Cotswolds.
