Princess Beatrice met up with one of Britain's hottest young sporting talents when she went along to the the "Exceptional Youth" exhibition in London this web. The 18-year-old was photographed chatting with England football sensation Theo Walcott at the glitzy shindig staged by Teen Vogue in the National Portrait Gallery.
The show was arranged to celebrate young people who are doing their country proud at both national and international level. And the young Arsenal player isn't the only famous face whose portrait is appearing in the exhibition, as top model Lily Cole and Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe are also featured.
Across the pond in the US, meanwhile, Beatrice's mum Sarah Ferguson was busy launching her new range of jewellery. The rings, necklaces, bracelets and earrings are all made from Moissanite, a laboratory grown jewel that looks like diamond but isn't quite so expensive. And the Duchess promises a portion of the proceeds from each sale will be used to help impoverished children around the world. "Every time you put on a bit of Moissanite from my collection, you will bring a twinkle to a child's face," she said.
