As he twirled his beautiful, scantily dressed partner around the makeshift dancefloor, a smiling Prince Charles looked as though he was having the time of his life as he joined in the welcoming ceremony prepared in his honour by a remote village in the heart of the Amazonian rainforest.
While his message is deadly serious - he's in the region with the Duchess of Cornwall to draw attention to climate change and deforestation - the Prince, who had shirt open and was wearing a string of beads he'd received from local wellwishers, looked especially laid back and was clearly enjoying the lighter moment.
More than 400 people, many whom had walked for hours from the surrounding villages, had come to catch a glimpse of the royal visitor.
While Charles was boogying in the rainforest, his wife was being treated to a fashion show featuring garments made of recycled rubbish and a performance by an experimental youth orchestra at a Brazilian arts centre.
The royal couple travel to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands on Monday - the final stop on their ten-day tour.
