The cream of British talent – including Oscar-nominated actor Michael Sheen, Emilia Fox and Alesha Dixon – joined the starry line-up at this year's Prince's Trust Success Awards on Tuesday where they had the chance for a chinwag with the night's host Prince Charles.

And while some may have had questions for the 60-year-old royal, who established the youth charity in 1976, the Prince had his own pressing inquiries to make. Namely discovering how the Comic Relief Kilimanjaro team made it back down the mountain.

"He wanted to know if we got a lift," revealed Strictly Come Dancing star Alesha. "I told him that they tricked us and we all actually had to walk down."

Presented for the second year by Jenni Falconer and Ben Shephard, the Success Awards honour the achievements of disadvantaged young people over the last 12 months. Other stars in the 1,500-strong audience supporting the event included Jamelia, comedian Rob Brydon and Skins actor Nicholas Hoult.
