Looking at Marie and Mary of Denmark, it's hard to imagine that they have six children between them – one born as recently as January. The two glamorous royals lit up Copenhagen’s Royal Palace when they attended a banquet thrown in honour of Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall.
A mere two months after welcoming her daughter with husband Prince Joachim, Marie showed off a sylph-like figure in a satin navy column. And at one point, her proud husband pulled her in close, gazing tenderly at her. The couple is also parents to two-year-old Henrik, and Joachim's sons Nikolai and Felix, from his previous relationship with Alexandra, Countess of Frederiksborg.
Her sister-in-law Mary also cut a stunning figure next to her husband Frederik in a strapless mahogany gown which was cinched in around her svelte waist. The Australian-born brunette's sleek silhouette gives no indication that she's a mother of four. Mary, 40, gave birth to twins Vincent and Josephine just over a year ago. She and Frederik are also parents to Christian, six, and Isabella, four.
In a couple of months, the entire family will gather again to celebrate the baptism of Marie and Joachim's daughter. The ceremony will take place on May 20, and in keeping with Danish royal tradition, the child's name will be revealed on that day.
