Snap-happy Harry delighted to pose for pics with Paralympics GB

September 4, 2012

He was caught out last week when some candid photos of him were published on the internet, following a wild weekend in Las Vegas. But on Tuesday, Prince Harry was more than happy to pose for the camera phones as Paralympic athletes gathered round him for a momento to take home.

The young royal, who is an ambassador for Paralympics GB, at one point showed off his muscles to a female competitor as he took in the swimming on day six of the London Games.

Earlier he had got to grips with Goalball, a team sport for blind and partially sighted athletes, which uses a ball with a bell in it.

Harry was spotted shaking one of the balls, before he cheered on a Team GB goal.

The previous evening the Queen's grandson jokingly alluded to his controversial Vegas trip at the WellChild Awards. Before meeting Harry, leukaemia sufferer Alex Logan, six, had threatened to embarrass the royal, telling ITV News he would say: "I'm glad you've got your clothes on Prince Harry".But on the night, the third in line contained the situation. Wagging his finger at little Alex he instructed: "You keep looking up at your mum, looks like your dying to say something but you know she will tell you off."
