Denmark's royal twins Vincent and Josephine have turned two years old. Since their parents Crown Prince Frederik and his wife Mary welcomed them into the world, the photogenic pair have become the darlings of the royal household alongside their elder siblings, Isabella, five, and Christian, who is seven.
The twins were born on January 8, 2011, and when they left hospital in their parents' arms, proud dad Frederik described them as "miracles times two". Fast forward two years later, and the blonde-haired tots have changed considerably since they were first introduced to the world. To mark their birthday and their progress, Princess Mary served as official photographer, capturing a couple of snapshots of her youngest children. In one picture, Vincent poses with one of his toy trucks, and smiles sweetly into the camera. Josephine is just as comfortable in front of her mother's lens, and her little features bear a striking resemblance to big sister Isabella.
The last time the young twins were seen was when the entire family attended a Children's Christmas Choir at the Royal Danish Music Conservatory's in December. The presence of Mary and Frederik's youngsters delighted the other guests in the church. And the children were just as happy as they sang along to the Christmas songs and exchanged gifts with one another.
