Princess Madeleine and her husband Chris O'Neill have said that they are "still in paradise" more than a month after their fairytale wedding. In an interview with Svenska Dagbladet, a Swedish newspaper, the couple described how much they have enjoyed the six weeks since their special day and opened up about their honeymoon in the Seychelles."A honeymoon is a special occasion in yours life that you should have to yourself," said Madeleine. "You are in a bubble of happy feelings about the wedding. "Despite the couple's best effort to keep their honeymoon destination a secret, their privacy was invaded by journalists staying on the island and paparazzi who sold photographs of the couple to a newspaper in Sweden. "Being caught by someone broke the bubble," said the princess. "It made us feel very sad.""That day I was sitting at the computer," said Chris. "I realised that, unfortunately, the honeymoon was over. "In an effort to quell the media interest in their holiday, Princess Madeleine posted a personal photograph on her official Facebook page before turning off all phones and computers to avoid hearning any more about the candid pictures.

The couple then cast their minds back to their lavish wedding ceremony, which took place in the Swedish capital of Stockholm on 8 June. "For us it was clear that the wedding would be held in Sweden," said Madeleine. "Somewhere that it could be broadcast on television so that the Swedish people could participate. "The royal added that she felt it was a shame the wedding dinner and speeches could not also have been filmed, given the emotional speeches made a host of her close family, including her father King Carl XVI Gustaf, her sister, Princess Victoria, her brother, Prince Carl Philip as well as Chris himself and his sister. "It would have been fun sharing them with the Swedish people," said Madeleine.
