Kate Middleton was spotted doing a spot of pre-birthday shopping on Tuesday.
Two days ahead of her 32nd birthday, the Duchess of Cambridge was seen enjoying some retail therapy at department store Peter Jones in London's Sloane Square.
The new mum, who was dressed in an on-trend baby blue coat, was joined by her mother Carole Middleton on the trip.
"She was absolutely beautiful," a source told PEOPLE. "She has a very magnetic energy about her. She looked absolutely stunning."
The source added, "It was nice to see her doing ordinary stuff!"Kate did little to attract attention to herself while she browsed the shop which is conveniently located just minutes from the Kensington Palace home she shares with William and their baby son Prince George.
"You wouldn't have known it was Kate Middleton," the source said. "The shop is always quite calm anyway, and there wasn't a great deal of people around. "It was only when I did a double-take that I realised it was her."
It remains unclear whether Kate will spend her 32nd birthday on Thursday with her husband Prince William who is now studying part time at the University of Cambridge and will sometimes stay in the city overnight.
