The Duchess of Cornwall was reminded of her step-grandson Prince George when she paid a visit to a children's hospital in London.Camilla, 66, was cradling ten-month-old Maijed Dhaif in her arms when she commented on the baby and George's similarities in age. "There we are, there we are," said the Duchess as she rocked him gently. "Holding him like this reminds me of George. They're about the same age."

As she was holding him, the young Maijed was drawn to Camilla's earring and made a grab at her jewellery. Ever the graceful royal, Camilla took it in her stride and assured hospital staff, saying, "Don't worry, it's a clip on."Prince George is growing up fast!
