Princess Madeleine of Sweden has shared a photo of her daughter Princess Leonore to celebrate the three months that have passed since the birth of her baby. The black and white image showed Princess Madeleine cradling her angelic little tot, while her husband Chris O'Neill wraps a protective arm around the duo. Wearing a sweet dress, Leonore looked to be enjoying a snooze as her parents proudly posed for the photo.

New mum Princess Madeleine, 31, posted the tender snapshot on her Facebook page, which went down a treat with her fans. The image instantly gained over 6,000 likes in less than ten minutes. This is not the first time that the stunning royal has shared a photo of her beautiful baby girl. Princess Madeleine released her first family photo just three days after she and her businessman husband welcomed Leonore into the world. In contrast to the new image, Leonore's face was hidden from view as she slept peacefully in a car seat, wrapped up in a blanket.

Princess Madeleine and Chris have chosen to baptise their firstborn, whose full name is Leonore Lilian Maria, on 8 June — exactly one year after the couple tied the knot. The ceremony will take place at the Royal Chapel at Drottningholm Palace, Sweden, where Princess Madeleine and Chris held their wedding reception in 2013. Leonore will be baptised in the same gown as King Carl XVI Gustaf, Princess Victoria and Leonore's cousin Princess Estelle, whom she met for the first time when Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel visited New York in mid-April. The baptismal water will be drawn from a source on the island of Öland and the ceremony will be conducted by the same Archbishop who baptised Estelle, Anders Wejryd, assisted by chaplain to the King Lars-Göran Lönnermark and pastor Michael Bjerkhagen.

After the religious ceremony there will be a reception for 160 guests and then a private lunch hosted by Leonore's grandparents King Carl and Queen Silvia for 100 guests. Leonore, who was born in New York where her parents are based, is fifth-in-line to the Swedish throne and holds the official title the Duchess of Gotland.
