The visit to the South American countries are designed to enhance the partnership between the UK and the two countries. While the visit will be Harry's first time in Chile, his time in Brazil will build on the links he forged during an official visit to the country in March 2012 for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. The report comes via the Daily Express newspapers's royal reporter, who revealed the news on social media site Twitter.

It's been a busy year for Harry who has already spent time in Italy and Estonia.

The Prince laid a wreath at the monument to the War of Independence in Freedom Square in Estonia, before attending a reception at the Estonian Parliament with government officials.

The fourth in line to the throne made the most of being in Italy on royal duty by taking some time out to learn about one of Rome's most historic sights. He has also put on a spectacular gala for the 10th anniversary of his charity, Sentebale, launched the first-ever Invictus Games in the UK, and visited Memphis for the wedding of his close friend Guy Pelly
