"Sport is important to me obviously," said the Olympic equestrian, whose GB team has just qualified for a place at Rio 2016. "I've grown up with it. It's a fantastic way of getting out there and exercising and getting back into the community. I'm very excited to be involved."

Zara confirms she doesn't have a nannyWhile Zara has previously participated in a charity wheelchair race and called it "pretty hard work," she added: "I have seen wheelchair rugby being played before but I haven't played. The Queen's granddaughter, 33, also had a special message for her cousin Harry, 29, which she left in a video promoting the games. "Hi Harry, looking forward to the Invictus Games," she said.
