Princess Beatrice brought her usual style and grace to the Bahrain Grand Prix over the weekend. Attending with her boyfriend Dave Clark, Beatrice was pictured mingling with fellow royals and high-society stars.
The Queen's granddaughter made one unlikely acquaintance when she was introduced to the former king of Spain, Juan Carlos I.
Following royal protocol, Beatrice, 26, curtseyed to the 77-year-old ex-monarch, who abdicated from the Spanish throne last summer.

As a Formula One fan who regularly attends racing events, Beatrice looked in her element, soaking up the motoring action with fellow aficionados. The royal also found herself in the company of the Crown Prince of Bahrain, and their group seemed to have watched the races from a tower high above the circuit.
Beatrice will no doubt have been celebrating at Sunday's event, after British legendary racing driver Lewis Hamilton cruised to victory.
Princess Beatrice is close to securing a job in the US
Last year the University of London graduate ended her job at Sony Pictures Television. Beatrice is set to embark on a new career in the United States, and is believed to be close to finalising a role in a private equity firm.
A spokesperson for her mother Sarah, the Duchess of York, confirmed back in February that the royal had been making preparations ahead of the move.
"Princess Beatrice started a finance course in the US this week," the spokesperson told HELLO! magazine, although he would not specify where Prince Andrew's eldest daughter was studying.
Princess Beatrice's younger sister Eugenie already lives and works in New York
Beatrice will join her younger sister Princess Eugenie, who has been living in New York City for the past couple of years. The 25-year-old has been working at online auction house Paddle8.
Since leaving Sony last year, Beatrice has been taking advantage of her break between jobs and has been holidaying with her long-term boyfriend Dave as well as family and friends.
She headed to the Caribbean with her beau over the New Year to catch some winter sun, and has also been spotted enjoying a ski trip to Verbier, Switzerland with her cousin Prince Harry.
