Prince Charles was all smiles as he greeted well-wishers on his 67th birthday. In honour of the occassion he was treated to a lavish red velvet cake at a celebratory barbecue.

Whilst on a truffle hunting trip The Duchess of Cornwall was given a stuffed toy version of the hunting dog, Samson, which she used to play with a young fan.

Whilst visiting the State Library to learn about the Learning English Through Stories programme, the Duchess was given flowers by a two year old Elizabeth Colquhoun.
