Prince Albert marked his 10 years as Monaco's ruler, and of course the 57-year-old had his wife Princess Charlene by his side for the celebration. The South African beauty, who was the picture of glamour in a pale pink dress and over-sized shades, surprised locals by addressing them in French for the first time publicly.
