The two couples have much in common, as both were married in 2011, and Queen Jetsun was also not of royal origins before she wed, like Kate. The Queen is hugely popular with the people of Bhutan, particularly after she opted to go on a walking tour of Bhutan to meet the people instead of a honeymoon.
