Princess Charlotte makes her Trooping the Colour debut with big brother Prince George

June 11, 2016

All eyes were on the youngest members of the royal family at Saturday's Trooping the Colour parade. Fans were thrilled to see Princess Charlotte make her first appearance at the ceremony, joining her big brother Prince George and the rest of the royal family on the balcony at Buckingham Palace.

Wearing a pretty pink dress and a bow in her hair, Princess Charlotte was held in the arms of her mother the Duchess of Cambridge. It is the first time the one-year-old has been seen in public, and her appearance prompted huge cheers from the crowds who had gathered in the hope of catching a glimpse of the royals.

Charlotte's big brother Prince George stood at the front of the balcony next to his father Prince William, and looked delighted to be part of the action, waving to the crowds and gazing up in awe at the RAF flypast that made its way down the Mall and over the palace, leaving trails of red, white and blue smoke.

The youngster, who turns three in July, looked adorable as ever in the same outfit that his father wore as a child to attend Prince Harry's christening in 1984.
