Meghan Markle has found a unique way to express her love for Prince Harry. The Suits star has given a sartorial nod to her relationship with Harry by wearing a necklace featuring both of their initials.

Harry's girlfriend was spotted wearing the 14-carat personalised necklace during an outing in Toronto, Canada on Saturday. The piece of jewellery originally went unnoticed, but a closer look revealed it featured the initials M and H on a delicate chain.

The necklace is from Los Angeles-based designer Maya Brenner and retails for £190 ($240).

It is not the first time Meghan has shown her love for Harry with jewellery; she was previously spotted wearing a beaded bracelet identical to the Prince's in a number of Instagram posts.

The smitten couple have maintained their transatlantic relationship since they first met earlier this year by jetting back and forth when their schedules allow. Harry reportedly took a detour to visit Meghan as he returned from his two-week tour of the Caribbean at the weekend.

The Prince had been due to fly straight back from Barbados to London on Sunday, ahead of an official engagement on Wednesday. But instead he made the decision to travel 1,700 miles to see Meghan in Canada, spending Sunday night and Monday at her home in Toronto, the Sun reports.

The couple are expected to be reunited again before Christmas

Harry has since returned to London, where he will join City brokers on their trading floor for a charity fundraising day on Wednesday. The appearance is the 32-year-old's last official engagement of the year before he breaks for the Christmas holidays, and during that period, he is expected to be reunited with Meghan once again.

The Prince reportedly has plans to see the American actress before Christmas Day, when he will be called to Sandringham to spend the festive season with his grandmother the Queen and the rest of the royal family. Tradition dictates that only family members can take part in royal activities, such as lunch on the 25th and the church service, so Harry will be making the most of his time with Meghan before then.
