Exciting times for Princess Eugenie! The Queen's granddaughter has received a job promotion. The 27-year-old is now a director at Hauser & Wirth, a contemporary art gallery in London where she has spent the past two years working. A source told The Daily Mail's Sebastian Shakespeare: "Eugenie is working hard and doing a good job, the promotion is well deserved."

Eugenie joined the Mayfair-based gallery in the summer of 2015. At the time a representative for the art house told HELLO! Online: "Princess Eugenie has joined Hauser & Wirth as an associate director, and we are delighted to have her as part of the team." Prior to that, the Princess worked for online auction house Paddle8 in New York City, where she was based from 2013. Her older sister Princess Beatrice, 28, currently lives in the Big Apple and works for an IT firm.

Eugenie's personal life is flying just as high as her career. The royal has been in a long-term relationship with boyfriend Jack Brooksbank for seven years, and its been going from strength to strength. The couple were even surrounded by engagement rumours last year, although a spokesperson for Eugenie's mother Sarah Ferguson categorically denied the reports to HELLO! magazine.

Their father Prince Andrew released a statement in December, asking that the media stop "speculation and innuendo" in regards to his two daughters and their personal lives. He stated that there was no rift between himself and his brother Prince Charles. A part of the statement read: "To clarify: It is a complete fabrication to suggest I have asked for any future husbands of the Princesses to have titles. There is no truth to the story that there could be a split between The Prince of Wales and I over my daughters' participation as members of the royal family and any continued speculation is pointless."
