The Queen dazzled alongside her dapper husband at an official state banquet presented by President Sergio Mattarella and his daughter Laura at the Palazzo del Quirinale during the first day of her royal state visit. Maxima donned the Mellerio Diamond and Ruby tiara for the occasion, which she paired with a striking one-shoulder red gown.
