Prince Harry enjoyed a private hunting trip to Germany this weekend, while his fiancée Meghan Markle remained in LA with her mother Doria Ragland. The Prince, who is set to marry the American actress in May 2018, was invited to the hunting party by his friend, Prince Franz Albrecht zu Oettingen-Spielberg. According to German newspaper Bild am Sonntag, Harry, 33, arrived at Berlin's Schoenefeld Airport with his security detail. He was then driven to Görlsdorf in the state of Brandenburg, where he and around 60 guests stayed and hunted in Franz's private grounds.
"Yes, the two are friends," Bild am Sonntag quoted Harry's protection officer as saying. Harry attended Franz's wedding in Bavaria last year, when Franz married actress Cleopatra von Adelsheim von Ernest. The newly engaged Prince reportedly brought his own weapons on the private jet, ahead of the Friday afternoon hunt. He then returned home on Saturday.

Meanwhile, his fiancée Meghan has been spending time in LA since announcing her engagement two weeks ago. Harry's love of hunting may be difficult to take for the former Suits star – an animal lover who has two shelter dogs. And while Meghan is not vegan or vegetarian, she does advocate wearing vegan leather and eating vegan during the week.

Speaking to Best Health back in May 2016, Meghan admitted of her diet: "French fries – I could eat French fries all day. And I love pasta. I love carbs – who doesn't love a carbohydrate? But of course, when I'm filming, I'm conscious of what I eat. I try to eat vegan during the week and then have a little bit more flexibility with what I dig into on the weekends. But at the same time, it's all about balance. Because I work out the way I do, I don't ever want to feel deprived. I feel that the second you do that is when you start to binge on things. It's not a diet; it's lifestyle eating."
