The family recently picked out the Christmas trees for Stockholm's Royal Palace, and the official engagement marked one-year-old Prince Oscar's first ever time participating in the holiday tradition. Estelle, who helped her mother accept multiple trees last year, also participated in the Swedish tradition when she was a one-year-old. The two children received the trees from students at the master's program at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, and even Prince Oscar shook hands with one of the students while looking at the trees. The university has presented Christmas trees to the royal palace since the late 1960s.
