Ever wondered what Kate Middleton's star sign is? Well she's a Capricorn, born on 9 January. While we already know the Duchess of Cambridge is in for a busy year – she's a mum to three, after all, let alone her royal duties and playing auntie to her sister Pippa's baby, Arthur and welcoming Meghan and Harry's new arrival - what else can Kate expect in 2019? We asked astrologer Venus & Vesta on what the stars have in store for the Duchess of Cambridge…
Doors opening
As a mother-of-three, her prominence is in the ascendancy and so are her stars. The new moon solar eclipse that occurred on 6 January was a major door opening for Duchess Kate to step into a more prominent role within the royal family. This solar eclipse occurred right next to Kate’s own natal Sun and three days before her birthday on 9 January, so the reverberations of this will last throughout her year, until her next birthday. Kate is a sun sign Capricorn and all goats will feel the shift in their lives, with two more eclipses in Capricorn in 2019 - firstly in July and the last occurring on Boxing Day.
Moving on after maternity leave
Capricorns take their roles seriously and Her Royal Highness is no different. As these eclipses occur, we will see Kate shift up a gear in terms of the alignments she makes with organisations and the level of exposure she allows. Kate will start to use her royal platform even more wisely and effectively and will definitely be moving towards a more Queen-like role on her return from maternity leave. Her speeches will become more sophisticated in the messages she delivers and she will be more forthright in the most elegant way.
Central role
Our future Queen was born on a full moon lunar eclipse, which is an incredibly powerful gift from the stars and shows that she was always meant for this high-ranking position. The eclipses happening this year reignite the forces of her cosmic birth-right and place her in a central role for the monarchy. She has a deeply emotional Cancer moon, placed next to the North Node destiny point and therefore she is perfectly placed, to not only be a wonderful mother to the future King and Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, but motherhood is an issue close to her heart. This will play out over the year for Kate and we could see the Duchess deepen her ties to charities and campaigns that support mothers and children.
