Prince Harry's marriage to Meghan Markle has left girls around the world heartbroken. The couple tied the knot in May 2018 at Windsor Castle, and have since travelled the world together, and have already announced that they are expecting their first child. But Prince Harry has plenty of romance before eventually settling down with the Duchess of Sussex! We take a look back at some of the Prince's previous romances...
Chelsy Davy was the envy of many back in 2004, when she became Prince Harry's first girlfriend. Daughter of wealthy Zimbabwean businessman Charles Davy, Chelsy met Harry through friends while boarding at Stowe School.
Chelsy and Harry went their separate ways in May 2010, but the pretty blonde was neverthless invited to Prince William and Kate's wedding the following year, sparking temporary rumours that the couple would get back together. In fact, the pair simply remained very good friends, and Chelsy attended his wedding to Meghan in 2018.
Model Florence Brudenell - Bruce came on the scene back in the summer of 2011 and was Harry's first girlfriend following his separation from Chelsy Davy. Since splitting with the prince, Florence, or Flee as she is known by her friends, married long term multi-millionaire boyfriend Henry St-George in the South of France in 2013.
Cressida Bonas caught Harry's attention in July 2012, who was introduced to the prince by his cousin, Princess Eugenie.
The bohemian dance graduate shared Harry's love for life, and the pair were often seen out at parties and festivals together, including Glastonbury.
The pair stayed together for two years, until splitting in 2014. It is thought that Cressida became too overwhelmed with the attention of dating the eligible young prince. However, brief rumours of them rekindling their romance came into light a year later, with Harry revealing that "it will happen when it will happen".
Ellie Goulding was forced to deny that she was expecting Harry's baby earlier this year, while on Australian chat show The Project. The pair have been friends for some time, with the singer performing at Prince William and Kate's wedding, the Invictus Games and the prince's 30th birthday party.
Jenna Coleman was quizzed earlier this year about her relationship with Harry, after photos of her hanging out with the prince at a polo match sparked rumours of a potential romance. When asked on Good Morning Britain by presenter Kate Garraway, the Victoria star was quick to confirm that they were just friends.
