Mike Tindall shared a fun throwback photo of himself and wife Zara on Tuesday. The former England rugby star, 41, posted the snap from this year's Cheltenham Festival in March on his Instagram Stories. The image was taken by The Green Room, a hospitality suite where the royal couple enjoyed all the action from the races. The caption underneath the photo of Mike and Zara read: "We can't wait for The Green Room to return with these familiar faces! (When it's safe to do so of course!)."

Mike and Zara have been isolating at their home on the Gatcombe Park estate in Gloucestershire with their daughters Mia, six, and Lena, who turned two last week. The former rugby player has been recording Joe's House of Rugby podcast from his abode and during one hilarious moment on a recent episode, Lena could be heard giggling away in the background. Mike laughed and said to his co-host Alex Payne: "Sorry, Lena's just on fire at the moment, she's never quiet."

Eldest daughter Mia recently returned to school as lockdown restrictions in the UK began to ease and Mike has also previously spoken about what homeschooling has been like. He told The Telegraph: "I don't think any child is a great homeschooler because they definitely listen to other people better than they listen to their parents!
"Mia enjoyed it the first week because it was different being around mum and dad all the time. But ultimately it's the same people who are telling her off or telling her what to do and I think she gets bored of that."
