The Duchess of Cambridge has been a member of the royal family for over nine years and we've seen plenty of heartwarming moments from Kate during her public visits and overseas tours.
Kate returned to her royal duties this week after her summer break, so HELLO! took the opportunity to look back at some of our favourite photos of the Duchess.
In August, the hands-on Duchess helped unload a pallet of supplies during a visit to Baby Basic UK and Baby Basics Sheffield. Kate helped to launch a major initiative to support vulnerable babies and children, particularly during the coronavirus pandemic.

WATCH: Kate looked overjoyed to be given a homemade rag wreath from children at Evelina London Children's Hospital, as she joined them for a crafts session in January 2020.

During the couple's royal tour of Pakistan in October 2019, Kate donned a plastic tiara for a tea party with a young cancer patient as she and William visited Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital in Lahore. The Duke's late mother Princess Diana also visited the same hospital in 1996.

Kate was pictured comforting Ceri Knapton at the Place2Be Awards in 2016. The royal hugged the mum, who was overcome with emotion, as her teenage son Ethan told the Duchess how he used his own battle with Autism and Asperger's Syndrome to raise awareness of the condition to help others.

The Duchess was spotted waving to one little girl as she and William attended the Calgary Stampede Parade in Calgary on their royal tour of Canada in 2011. The Cambridges even wore managing Stetsons.

Back in 2013, Kate carried out an emotional visit to Shooting Star House Children's Hospice in Middlesex, where she joined in with nursery rhymes. The Duchess shared a fist-bump and hugs with five-year-old Demi during one heartwarming moment.
The Duchess scooped up 18-month-old Sorayah Ahmad for a dance as she visited the Khidmat Centre in Bradford in January 2020.
Sorayah's grandmother Maryiam Ahmad told HELLO! at the time: "I almost started crying, it was very, very emotional. Kate was joining in with the nursery rhymes and dancing with Sorayah."

In another sweet moment, mum-of-three Kate showed off her maternal side when she stroked 15-month-old Matilda Griffiths' hair during a visit to her Back to Nature garden at RHS Wisley in Woking in September 2019.
Kate was in her element as she helped young children pick out Christmas trees for their preschool during a visit to Peterley Manor Farm with her patronage Family Action in December 2019.
The Duchess kept her promise to the Delf family as she planted a sunflower in memory of their son Fraser at the EACH Hospice at the Nook in Norfolk in June 2020.
