There's nothing quite as heartwarming as seeing the royals having a candid moment! Just like us, they often find themselves caught in the middle of a downpour. What's more, it's not just the UK royals that have to contend with Britain's wet weather, as you're about to find out. Here are all the best moments of members of the royal family getting caught in the rain…

In 1983 the Queen Mother had to shelter herself from a sudden burst of rain as she reviewed the guard of honour of the Royal Anglian Regiment.

On one of their final royal engagements at the Endeavour Awards in March 2020, royal photographer Samir Hussein captured the perfect shot of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in the rain.

The couple beamed at one another under the umbrella, with a TV camera light illuminating the rain droplets around them.
