Just 24 hours after Prince Harry made a surprise appearance in London to attend a court hearing, and his father King Charles has a good reason to celebrate.
On Tuesday, Buckingham Palace released a statement sharing some touching news with royal fans.
And true to form, the royal family are ignoring the furore surrounding King Charles's youngest son.
The palace confirmed that King Charles has become Colonel-in-Chief of the Corps of Royal Engineers (known as the Sappers), following in the footsteps of his late mother, the Queen.
Chief Royal Engineer Lieutenant General Sir Tyrone Urch said: “I am absolutely delighted that His Majesty The King has agreed to be our new Colonel-in-Chief.
