While many waved German flags as the 74-year-old interacted with them, one attempted to hand him a present. In the clip below, you can see just what Charles was offered and how he decided to turn it down.
Charles and Queen Consort Camilla arrived in the German capital on Wednesday, where they were greeted by a twenty-one gun salute and a fly-past.They ended their first day in the European country with a State Banquet, where the Queen Consort looked so elegant in a black-and-white dress, while the King looked dapper in his suit.

Charles also addressed the German Parliament, known as the Bundestag, where he spoke about the impact that the war in Ukraine has been having on the world, and praised the way that both the United Kingdom and Germany had led the international response.
He also referenced how his late mother, the Queen, had enjoyed the country, having paid five state visits to the nation during her reign.
"That my parents' 11-day tour of Germany should prove to be a pivotal moment in the reconciliation between our nations was, therefore, a matter of great personal significance to them both," he explained.
"My mother understood the immense achievement that reconciliation represented, and in returning to Germany time and again, she was determined to play her own part. It is, perhaps, for this reason that Her late Majesty won a particular place in the affection of the German people."
Charles and Camilla's visit was originally supposed to begin in France, however, it was called off as the country continues to be rocked by waves of protest.
