Princess Kate's dating history
From college sweethearts to a future King and Queen Consort, Prince William and Princess Kate are the definition of a modern royal love story. The pair first crossed paths whilst studying at a university in Scotland and became friends before things turned romantic. After nearly a decade of dating and a brief split, William popped the question in 2010 during a private holiday in Kenya with his late mother Princess Diana's blue sapphire-and-diamond engagement ring.
The happy couple tied the knot in a stunning Westminster Abbey ceremony in 2011, before going on to welcome three children, George, Charlotte and Louis. While Catherine and William's love story famously began at St Andrews, the heir to the British throne wasn't Catherine's first university boyfriend. So, what about her other romances?
Red-haired Lilibet
Meghan Markle has shared a never-before-seen glimpse of her beautiful red-headed daughter, Princess Lilibet, in a brand new video.
The Duchess of Sussex, 45, is quickly settling into life in the UK after the shock decision to return was announced last month.
Now, the As Ever creator, has shared a sweet new video reflecting on her love of the Girl Scouts and her own entrepreneurial spirit at just eight years old and included a sweet behind-the-scenes moment of her baking with her little girl at home.
Princess Lilibet's flame-hued locks took centre stage as she donned a pink T-shirt while cooking up a storm at home.
William and Kate in the turret?
During a visit to Skenfrith, Monmouthshire, Ross Kemp was delighted to discover William and Kate are huge Traitors fans.
He said: “That’s great. Them and the rest of the country. I’ve been on the TV for 43 years but I’ve never known anything like this.
“Even the fella at my local garage wanted a selfie, he’s never been bothered before.”
Ross was giving nothing away about his future on the hit show other than to say with a smile : “I am a faithful.”
The former EastEnders star revealed taking part in Traitors was more stressful than dodging bullets from the Taliban during one of the 127 survival documentaries he’s presented.
The Markle festive sparkle
Meghan Markle has officially launched her first holiday collection – including a stunning advent calendar inspired by her Montecito home.
But the Duchess of Sussex's latest promotional images for her As Ever lifestyle brand sparked some confusion on social media due to an "optical illusion" in one of the photos.
In one picture, Meghan was seen opening doors on the new calendar, which is a collaboration with Los Angeles chocolatier Compartés containing 25 "handcrafted chocolates".
However, the lighting and shadows on the hand resting on the product made it look as though she had "six fingers".
While some fans queried whether it was a "Photoshop fail" or "editing" error, others pointed out that you could still see five fingernails.
An optical illusion saw the middle finger obscuring the ring finger, which made it seem at first glance that an extra finger was in place.
The confusion was soon cleared up, with people explaining that no error had taken place, and it was merely a trick of the light.

Danish royal pictured in colour of the season
Autumn is here, and burgundy beauty beacons. It's time to pull out those plum hues and step out in an autumnal outfit, ladies. Demonstrating how to do so perfectly is the stunning Queen Mary of Denmark, who dazzled in a burgundy two piece for the opening of the Danish state parliament. The ensemble featured what appeared to be a figure-hugging skirt and top combo, and the royal paired it with a matching headband. The finishing touch was a pair of black sky high heels. All hail the Queen of colour.
Prince George returns home?
Prince George enrolled at Eton College last month, but the young royal could have already headed back home for a weekend of normality. The 13-year-old royal was eligible for scheduled "short leave" from October 2 to 4, as were the rest of his cohort. His family home, Forest Lodge, is located just a short distance from the campus, and the break would have offered George the opportunity to reconnect with his parents, Prince William and Princess Kate, as well as his younger siblings, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
During his initial weeks, George has been adjusting to Eton’s structured environment, including strict punctuality expectations and academic standards. He is also navigating updated school regulations, such as a prohibition on smartphones and newly introduced restricted iPad browsing policies designed to minimise distractions during study hours.

Duchess Sophie's dream home plans
The Duchess of Edinburgh resides at the 120-room Bagshot Park estate in Surrey with Prince Edward, which features highlights like acres of grounds and a stunning billiard room. Despite it being phenomenal, the Duchess has improvements on her mind, after identifying something that it is missing.
After collaborating with landscape gardener Alan Williams on a garden design for the Royal Windsor Flower Show, Duchess Sophie fell in love with a specific feature he presented on his mood board: a custom potting shed. Impressed by the concept, she expressed that it is something she would genuinely love to install at her own residence.
Perhaps this indicates Sophie's passion for gardening just like these other royals.
Throwback to Princess Kate's university outing
A throwback to the Princess of Wales' visit to the University of Derby amid the coronavirus pandemic. The royal, who was then the Duchess Of Cambridge, wore a floral face mask which she removed as she sat down. Kate was there to hear how the pandemic has impacted university life and what national measures have been put in place to support student mental health.
Despite the testing times for the UK and the rest of the world, she looked stunning with a perfect blowdry, sporting a powder blue jumper. Picture taken on 6 October 2020.
William and Kate's heartfelt letter
Following their visit to Hill Dickinson Stadium in Liverpool on 10 September to launch the 'On Your Side' mental health initiative, Prince William and Princess Kate have sent a deeply personal letter to double Olympic champion Dame Kelly Holmes.
In the message, signed personally by Prince William on behalf of "Catherine and I," the royal couple expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Dame Kelly for speaking candidly about her past struggles with suicidal ideation. They stressed that her pushing through barriers to talk about it brought comfort to countless individuals navigating mental health challenges.
Dame Kelly described receiving the thoughtful correspondence as a "pinch me" moment and publicly thanked the royal couple for their kindness. The 'On Your Side' initiative aims to break the stigma surrounding suicide prevention by empowering people to spot warning signs and initiate life-saving conversations.
Princesses in Paris
Princess Alexandra of Hanover and Charlotte Casiraghi made a stylish and co-ordinated appearance at Paris Fashion Week, stepping out together for the Chanel Womenswear show in sleek dark ensembles accented by on-trend burgundy accessories.
The sisters share deep family roots in the fashion and literary worlds as granddaughters of style icon Grace Kelly. While Alexandra frequently draws style inspiration from borrowing pieces out of her mother’s closet, Charlotte continues her long-standing relationship with Chanel, inspired by early encouragement from the late Karl Lagerfeld.
