The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited Lahore for on the fourth day of their Pakistan tour, travelling there by RAF Voyager. William and Kate made stops at the Badshahi mosque, Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre and the National Cricket Academy while in the city.
The Duchess had two outfit changes, wearing a white custom shalwar kameez by Pakistani brand Gul Ahmed with nude pumps and her Mulberry clutch. She later swapped her heels for a pair of plimsolls to show off her sporting skills during a game of cricket. Kate changed her outfit to a stunning green shalwar kameez with matching headscarf by Maheen Khan to visit the mosque.
Their final stop of the day was to the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital, which Princess Diana previously visited during her trips to Pakistan. William and Kate met young patients during the moving visit and the Duchess was even giving a plastic tiara from one little girl, as she hosted a tea party on her bed.

Kate looked stunning in a white shalwar kameez by Pakistani brand Gul Ahmed with a shawl by Maheen Khan, teaming it with her Gianvito Rossi pumps.
Kate accessorised with her Asprey oak leaf earrings and her brunette locks were styled in loose waves.

Kate's tunic featured jasmine flowers within the embroidery - a nice nod to Pakistan's national flower.
The couple's first stop was the SOS Children's Village, which provides a family structure for vulnerable children, who are given a home and cared for by a "mother" to help them develop into happy, confident and resilient adults.
William and Kate were given finger puppets to take part in a story telling session with a musician.
The Duke and Duchess also joined a birthday party for one of the 150 children living at the centre, which was the first in Pakistan when it was established in 1977. Kate impressed the children with her use of Urdu in her speech!
Kate had her game face on as she and William arrived at the National Cricket Academy. She swapped her heels for a pair of plain plimsolls and tied her hair up in a ponytail.

Kate giggled as she tried her hand at batting and it's not the first time the Duchess has shown off her skills. She once played cricket in high heels during the royal tour of New Zealand in 2014 and again in 2016, when she visited India.
Kate in action! The Duchess is renowned for her love of sports and she and William always love to get competitive. The couple went head-to-head at the King's Cup sailing regatta on the Isle of Wight in the summer, with William's team coming third and Kate's team were unfortunately in last place.
There was time for a team photo after the match and the couple were even given cricket bats as gifts for their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
William, who swapped his shoes for a pair of Nike trainers, hit a six during the cricket match and he looks delighted by it!
After their cricket match, William and Kate travelled to the breathtaking Badshahi Mosque in the heart of Lahore's Walled City. The vast 17th century sandstone and marble building is one of Pakistan’s best known landmarks and its courtyard can accommodate 100,000 worshippers.
The couple changed their outfits for the visit, with Kate wearing a green shalwar kameez by Maheen Khan and a matching headscarf, while William donned a light suit.
Kate's traditional outfit featured gold detailing on the tunic, the sleeves and the headscarf.

Like the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall in 2006, the Duke and Duchess met faith leaders to hear how they are promoting interfaith harmony between their communities. The Queen visited the Mosque in 1961, while the Duke’s mother Princess Diana also visited in 1991.

William and Kate's final stop of the day was to the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital, which Princess Diana visited and supported on her visits to Pakistan. The specialist centre was founded in 1994 by the now prime minister Imran Khan, in memory of his mother Shaukat, who died from cancer in 1984.
Diana was pictured cuddling a blind, eight-year-old girl, who was being treated for a tumour at a fundraising event for the hospital in February 1996.
William and Kate met seven-year-old Wafia Rehmani who hosted a toy tea party on her bed gave the Duchess a matching tiara.
Wafia, from Afghanistan, has a kidney tumour. She wants to be a doctor and showed the Duke and Duchess her toy medical set during the moving visit.
