Hugh Grosvenor is the 7th Duke of Westminster, only son of Natalia and the late Gerald Grosvenor, 6th Duke of Westminster. He inherited the dukedom, the £10 billion fortune and the family's ancestral seat, Eaton Hall, in Cheshire, at the age of 25 following the death of his father in August 2016. Hugh is Chair of both the Grosvenor Trustees and the Westminster Foundation, which represents the charitable interests of the Duke and Grosvenor businesses. Grosvenor Group owns about 300 acres of land in Mayfair and Belgravia, as well as major city centre developments such as Liverpool's ONE shopping centre. The Grosvenor family has long had a close connection with the British royal family, with Hugh chosen to be godfather to the Prince and Princess of Wales's son, Prince George, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's son, Prince Archie. On 7 June 2024, Hugh will marry account manager, Olivia Henson, at Chester Cathedral, after which she will be known as the Duchess of Westminster.
