Emmy Griffiths

Hi! My name is Emmy Griffiths and I'm the TV and Film Editor here at HELLO!. I started as a weekend writer for the website way back in 2016, and now manage a lovely team writing across the print magazine and online about all things telly and cinema - covering all of the hottest news in round-ups, reviews, exclusive interviews and more across the UK and the USA.

In 2022, I picked up the BSME Award for TV, Entertainment and Celebrity Editor of the Year - my mum was thrilled! 

As well as eating, sleeping and breathing all things TV and film, which has taken me to some massively exciting places from Los Angeles to Cannes Film Festival, I am also the co-host of HELLO!'s A Right Royal Podcast - and have spoken to stars from Julianne Moore to director Matthew Lopez for the show. The podcast has had over 2 million downloads since we kicked things off in 2023 - so give us a listen!

I've been a journalist for over ten years now, landing my first role after a series of 'interesting' work experience placements and internships (one being a caravan magazine). I landed my first role as the entertainment writer at SoFeminine, which was the world's most fun first writing job. From there I moved to HELLO! Magazine - and never looked back!

Outside of HELLO!, I am a Times Radio contributer, sharing weekly TV and movie recommendations. I've also written bits and bobs for Pottermore and Digital Spy.
