This year, Futuroscope are investing in imagination and special effects with a new, not-to-be-missed dedicated space, and in July, the latest of the season's new attractions promises to delight all the family. This captivating 3D movie adaptation of The Little Prince, the much-loved book by Antoine de Saint-Exupery, recounts the little aristocrat's experiences after his meeting with the aviator.

In a delightful poetic ambience, visitors to the theme park – located in Poitou-Charentes in central west France – will be taken into the heart of this magical tale by three of the mythical characters from the story: the Fox, the Rose and the Snake. The adventure features three dimensional images, water and air effects, movement and vibrations, to re-create the journey of the Little Prince.

Specially designed platforms will allow the audience to experience new sensations in the innovative cinema. Cutting-edge special effects will heighten and enhance the experience, bringing to life the fantastic tale of the child hero as he travels from planet to planet, teaching and learning, and the story culminates in an emotional ending. With space for 270 people, The Little Prince attraction lasts for 12 minutes and has no height restrictions, making it an ideal show for adults and children to enjoy as a family. It's a trip full of fun and laughter, where images, technology and imagination blend seamlessly to provide true family entertainment.
