Cheryl Cole married her French boyfriend on the Caribbean island of MustiqueThe Geordie beauty said "I do" on one of the paradise island's most beautiful beaches, Macaroni Beach, with pristine white sand, clear blue sea – and absolute seclusion. An intimate ceremony was clearly what Cheryl had in mind – the X Factor judge tied the knot to her French beau secretly after just three months of dating. Only four guests were there to share in the private nuptials, including Cheryl's mum Joan and her PA Lily England.
Cheryl Cole had been dating French beau Jean-Bernard for three monthsA source told The Sun: "She turned her phone off and blocked out the rest of the world for the past week," adding, "She wanted the ceremony to be completely secret and sacred between her and Jean-Bernard." The exclusive hideaway chosen by Cheryl for her super-secret wedding has long been a favourite holiday destination for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. It was first given the royal seal of approval by William's great-aunt, the late Princess Margaret, who was given a 10-acre plot of land on the island as a wedding present in 1960, on which she constructed the villa Les Jolies Eaux which still stands majestically in the hilltops overlooking the sparkling sea.

They celebrated Carole Middleton's 57th birthday there in 2011, when they rented out the £11,500-a-week Aurora House which comes complete with an infinity pool, games room and Caribbean sea views.

It was also where they took the baby Prince on his first holiday. Comprising an endless haven of deserted sands, cerulean waters and lavish cottages, the tiny Caribbean island is as famed for its unspoiled exotic beauty as for its impressive list of celebrity visitors. Amy Winehouse, Bryan Adams, Mick Jagger, Jerry Hall, David Bowie and design star Tommy Hilfiger have all holidayed here, soaking up the sun, indulging in some snorkelling and sitting down to five-star dining under the balmy skies.
