It's that time again! As The X Factor live shows start on Saturday, the final 12 acts have packed their bags and moved in to a luxury property in North London. The contestants have taken up residence in a house that is worth an estimated £3.6million according to property website Zoopla - and it is definitely fit for a future pop star.
Located in the neighbourhood of Hadley Wood, the huge detached house boasts four bathrooms and six huge bedrooms, which the X Factor hopefuls will have to share with their fellow contestants over the next few weeks.
The six bedroom property is worth an estimated £3.6million
There is plenty of room for the budding performers to rehearse their routines though; the house has two separate living rooms, a vast open plan kitchen and dining room plus a garden with an outdoor seating area.
The house is located in an area that has seen property prices rice by an average of 4.87% and was last listed as a rental property for the huge sum of £13,500 a month, so Simon Cowell will be digging deep to house the contestants throughout the live shows.
The contestants will be able to relax by watching TV in the bath
However it appears to be a little less flashy than the 2015 contestants' house in Barnet, which is worth an estimated £9million and featured an indoor swimming pool, steam room and cinema room.
Not that the acts will be spending too much time at home; they will be put through their paces by this year's judges Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger, Louis Walsh and Sharon Osbourne, who caused controversy by putting Honey G through to the final three of her Over 25s category on Sunday.
There is a huge open kitchen and dining area for the remaining acts
The rapper joins Saara Alto and Relley C in the Overs category, while Simon has selected Samantha Lavery, Emily Middlemas and Gifty Louise for his final three Girls.
Nicole is backing Matt Terry, Freddy Parker and Ryan Lawrie in the Boys category, and Louis will be hoping his groups Brooks Way, Bratavio and 5 After Midnight can go on to win the show.
