Lady Gaga had a lavish home away from home during her headline slot at Coachella festival over the past two weekends. The Born This Way singer stayed at an £8,047 per night Rancho Mirage estate courtesy of Airbnb, which she revealed on Instagram on Monday, writing: "Thank you @airbnb for my desert home. A wonderful gift!"
STORY: Where to stay, see and explore in Palm Springs
Your typical festival experience this was not; Lady Gaga had an array of amazing amenities on offer during her stay, including a private swimming pool and spa, six bedrooms, five bathrooms and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. The 9,500 square-foot compound also features 360-degree mountain views and a relaxing retreat, just a 20-minute drive away from Coachella's festival site.

The property sleeps up to 16 guests, so the singer could have been joined by her friends and team to help her prepare for her headline slot each weekend. And while we're sure they would have spent much of their time at the festival watching performances from acts including Kendrick Lamar and Lorde, they would have also had the opportunity to enjoy the California sunshine around the resort-size swimming pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers, a dining gazebo and incredible al fresco kitchen.
The Rancho Mirage property costs around £8,000 per night
The mansion's interiors are equally impressive, with a huge chef's kitchen, expansive living areas and traditionally decorated bedrooms among the highlights. Should you wish to holiday like Lady Gaga you will have to start saving for next year; the property is currently listed at the fee of $60,000 (around £46,000) for weekend one, and $50,000 (around £39,000) for the second weekend of the festival.

Lady Gaga was announced as a headline act at the festival earlier this year when Beyoncé was forced to drop out on doctor's orders shortly after confirming that she is pregnant with twins. It was an impressive feat for the pop singer, who recently admitted that she is sometimes "full of anxiety" before going on stage in an open conversation with Prince William about mental health in a bid to end the stigma around the topic.
