Get an access-all-areas tour of the White House with these snaps from the Trump family

Melania Trump and her son Barron finally moved into the White House on Sunday, almost five months after Donald Trump's inauguration. Sharing a photo from inside the presidential residence after her arrival the former model said she is "looking forward to the memories" they will make in their new home, and judging by the photos shared from the rest of the President's children, the new First Family are already truly enjoying life in Washington D.C.

President Trump's children Ivanka, Donald Jr, Eric and Tiffany have all been sharing their own photos from inside the White House over the past few months, giving people from around the globe an access-all-areas glimpse at some parts of the residence that have previously never been seen before. While at first glance they may just appear to be sharing photos of regular family life, they have given a unique insight into life in the White House, where playing on the South Lawn is an everyday occurrence and the family have access to their very own private bowling alley. The Trump family are settling in well in Washington, and the President's daughter Ivanka has shared several photos of her children visiting their grandpa in The White House. While there they have had the opportunity to explore the 132 room residence and gardens; posting this photo of her children Arabella and Joseph peering through the windows, Ivanka wrote: "Watching Marine One land on the South Lawn."

As an assistant to her father, Ivanka Trump is a regular visitor to the White House, and appears thrilled with her new role. Sharing this photo from one of the hallways in the residence, she told her 3.7 million Instagram followers: "Taking a call in the White House with my personal assistant Theodore."

The mother-of-three has been involved in some important meetings in the Oval Office and posted this photo of herself sitting at the President's desk alongside her father and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. "A great discussion with two world leaders about the importance of women having a seat at the table!" she wrote.

Ivanka also gave a glimpse inside one of the living room areas of the White House as she prepared to watch her father address Congress. The décor appears just as opulent as the rest of the residence, with a large chandelier, spacious seating area and floor-to-ceiling curtains across the large windows.

It is not just Ivanka who is adjusting to life in the First Family, but her children too. The youngsters are already enjoying some of the perks of having a President for a grandfather, including having the opportunity to travel on the Marine One plane, as seen in this photo posted on Instagram by Ivanka.

However it appears the President's grandchildren are taking the changes in their stride, and relishing the opportunity to play in the extensive grounds of the White House, which sits on an 18 acre estate. There is plenty for them to explore; including the White House Rose Garden, Jacqueline Kennedy Garden and North and South Lawns.

President Trump's youngest daughter Tiffany has also been a regular visitor to the White House, and gave her 821,000 Instagram followers a glimpse at the side of the residence as she joined her family for the annual Easter Egg Roll event in April.

The 23-year-old, who is the daughter of Donald Trump and his second wife Marla Maples, also shared a photo from the top of the White House alongside her brother Eric, where they can enjoy impressive views over the National Mall and Washington Monument from a balcony area.

Eric Trump's wife Lara has also been sharing her own photos from behind-the-scenes at the White House. The mum-to-be posted this photo of herself standing outside the White House after visiting her father-in-law, adding the caption: "It was beautiful in DC yesterday! So happy the baby and I had time to swing by and say hello to grandpa!"

Lara has also shared photos from within the White House gardens, which feature perfectly manicured hedges, plants and some 18 acres of land for the Trump family to explore.

Melania celebrated Easter at the White House with the rest of the family, where they hosted the annual Easter Egg Roll. The opulent room was decorated with colourful balloons and Easter-themed decorations ready for the event, where the First Family welcomed around 20,000 guests to the White House.

President Trump may have inspired future generations of his family to get into politics. Donald Trump Jr shared a photo of his daughter sitting in the President's office chair in April, adding the caption: "Kai Trump 2060??? Now this is a ticket I can get behind… if I'm still alive and kicking. She looks awfully comfortable at grandpa's desk, and was very excited to see him this week for the first time since inauguration."

Donald Trump Jr also gave his followers a peek inside the dining room at the White House with a photo showing his son Tristan sitting in the opulent room in his pyjamas. "I'm sure a lot of people have lunch in their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles pajamas in the White House… then again this could be a first. Well done Tristan," he wrote.

The White House appears to have all the amenities the First Family could possibly want – including its very own bowling alley! The Trumps enjoyed a "family bowling session" on the evening of the inauguration in January, with Donald Trump Jr sharing a video from the activity, adding: " Vanessa doing pretty well considering she's still wearing high heels."
