The amazing penthouse spans 3,563 square foot and has modern interior features such as a glass-enclosed dining room, a sculptural staircase and a sauna plus walk-in steam shower. And the outdoor spaces are equally as impressive, with a cosy seating area and dining table that overlooks New York landmarks including the Chrysler building and the East River.
It's easy to see why Rosie fell in love with the property, which is also handily located for her to film The View at the nearby ABC Television Studios. The 55-year-old has a seriously impressive property portfolio that includes a number of properties in Nyack, California, a home in West Palm Beach, Florida and an estate in New Jersey that is currently on the market for $5.9million (around £4.5million).
