Ibiza has visitors falling in love from the moment they step off the plane. The Mediterranean Island off the east coast of Spain has miles of beautiful beaches, a thriving party scene and is scattered with luxury hotels and top class restaurants in beautiful settings. As locals and repeat visitors know, the island has that bit of extra magic that sets it apart from other sunshine destinations.
But for those looking to hit the White Isle in style, a concierge service is just the ticket. HELLO! Online recently got a taste of the VIP treatment from Deliciously Sorted, a company that makes trips to Ibiza truly special - think bespoke villa-finding service, organised events and pretty much anything else you require during your stay.
Villa Can Mimosa
We were put up in Can Mimosa, a stunning 6-bedroom villa completely enclosed in tropical gardens. The interior design, all down to Caroline Le Grand Design, is truly beautiful and each room has its own quirks and style (we fell in love with the Beverly Hills style, banana leaf-print room).
While the villa is just a short drive to Ibiza town, which is brimming with lovely restaurants, we were treated to meals from a private chef by Deep Roots Catering. Creative, healthy and using sustainable ingredients, we were blown away by the menu that included ceviche and Ibizan cheesecake with raspberry mint sorbet - the perfect treat following a private yoga lesson by Sophie Clyde.

We could have spent the entire week at the villa, but alas, the glamour of Ibiza was calling! Exclusive Rental Cars provided a private transfer service that escorted us to Beachouse on Playa de Bossa to indulge in hearty, contemporary Mediterranean cuisine and bask in the stunning, authentically Ibizan location, against a stunning backdrop of white sand and crystal clear waters.

A holiday in Ibiza wouldn’t be, well, a holiday in Ibiza without a night out, so we headed for dinner at Bikini by Cathy Guetta, the ex-wife of David Guetta’s new beach restaurant for a late-night dinner. This place is Instagram gold - it’s almost entirely millennial pink, peppered with huge pink flamingos and complete with Barbie/Ken dolls for toilet signs and pink flower-adorned bicycles. The food is divine, too - amazing Mediterranean cuisine that just seemed to keep on coming!

We loved seeing all of Ibiza’s different facets, but our favourite spot had to be Ibiza old town. We dined at a gorgeous little restaurant in a fairy-light lit courtyard called El Portalon where we ate only locally sourced food served by brilliantly knowledgeable waiters, and headed to Montesol Hotel, where we went straight up to the rooftop bar with panoramic views over the city.
