The 6,630-square-foot home has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, located on a one acre estate. It was originally built in 1956 and offered privacy for its previous celebrity owners as it is located behind gates with a spacious landscaped back garden.

Other benefits of the huge property include a swimming pool with spa, basketball court (ideal for LA Lakers star Nick to do some training), and an outdoor kitchen – not to mention a separate guest house. Easily accessible from the main house, the guest house has two bathrooms and a full kitchen, making it the ideal spot for any visitors to stay. The home has a large chef's kitchen that features sleek white cupboards and pale grey marble worktops. As well as providing plenty of storage space, the kitchen also has a breakfast bar with seating for three people and a small dining table alongside. The room has an open plan design, and leads onto the living room.

The open plan kitchen and living room area all has dark wooden flooring with a muted white, grey and black colour scheme. A large grey corner sofa sits in the living room, alongside a wooden coffee table and grey rug. Floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors lead directly out onto the spacious back garden.

There would have been plenty of space for Iggy and Nick, or previous owner Selena to entertain friends and family. As well as a small dining table in the living room, there is a separate dining room and further al fresco seating next to the special outdoor kitchen in the garden.

There are six bedrooms in the property, including this spacious room that leads directly out to the swimming pool via glass doors. The room is decorated in a neutral colour scheme, with wooden furnishings and flooring, plus a chaise longue sofa. The bedroom also has its own en suite – one of nine bathrooms in Iggy and Nick's former home.

The former couple also had a large office on the ground floor of their home. The room is decorated in the same dark grey colour as the dining room, with an ornate candelabra hanging at the centre of the room, and an open log fireplace situated opposite the desk. With two comfy armchairs and views onto the garden, it would be the perfect spot to do some work or just relax with a book.

Along with its impressive chef's kitchen, the £2.5million home is also fitted with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, the ideal way to take advantage of the year-round Californian sunshine. The stainless steel appliances and sink are located on the terrace, with an outdoor dining table alongside.
