What do you expect from your summer beach holiday? Good weather, some tasty cocktails, maybe the chance to relax in a hammock? Well, we've found a new requirement to add to the list – a floating unicorn island. Yep, you read that right – this place of dreams actually exists, just off a beach in the Philippines. Inflatable Island claims to be the biggest floating playground in Asia, and contains inflatable slides, towers, bridges, 'human launchers' and more. And for 2018 it's introduced a special Unicorn Island section – which is basically an Instagrammer's paradise.

Get us to Asia, NOW!

From looking at the photographs, it appears Unicorn Island is filled with the kind of cute and kitsch pool inflatables that we've grown used to seeing in Insta posts and fashion shoots – but on a MUCH larger scale. There's a huge unicorn at the centre, a number of slides and inflatable climbing frames, walkways connecting the whole thing plus a few rainbows to pose in front of (of course).

Once you've finally had your fill of stumbling around the obstacle course and splashing in the sea, there's also a seriously cute-looking Bali Lounge on the beach for you to relax in. It's filled with pink and purple parasols and bean-bags for lounging on while you're served drinks by waiters in unicorn outfits.

The park is located around two hours away from the Philippines capital Manila, and it costs 499 pisos – roughly £6.68 – to access the beach all day and the inflatables for an hour. We reckon it's worth the long flight just for the photo opportunities, and predict it might well become one of the most-snapped holiday spots on Instagram. Taking the top spot currently is the iconic Eiffel tower, which counts the most hashtags and location check-ins with over three million users sharing photos of their visit to the monument. Big Ben currently takes second place, and San Francisco's Golden gate Bridge is at number three.
