Prepare for the London Marathon at Barry's St Paul's

Barry's Bootcamp in St Paul's London

Anyone training for the London Marathon (or any marathon, for that matter!) will be well aware of the battering your muscles take in the run-up to the race. With this in mind, Barry's in St Pauls has partnered with physiotherapy specialists Anatomie Physiotherapy to create a limited-edition package, called Run and Recover.

Available until the end of April, the package includes a class at any Barry’s London studio and a muscle-reviving 30-minute sports massage with an Anatomie Physiotherapy specialist in a private treatment room located within Barry’s St Paul's studio. The sports massage utilises deep tissue techniques, to reduce muscular tension, discomfort and pain to help a wide variety of conditions associated with overuse injuries.

We tried the package and left the studio post-class with legs that felt as light as air, with no sign of the exertion they'd just been through in the red room!
