Travis Bacon has carved out a career in the entertainment as both a musician and actor but he's eager for more.
As the son of Hollywood A-listers Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick, Travis has likely had some doors opened for him.
However, in his own admission, he's currently facing challenging moment in his career.
© Getty ImagesThe self-confessed goth is the vocalist and programmer for the industrial metal band Contracult Collective and plays guitar for the black metal band, Black Anvil.
He's also had several movie roles but wants to further his career. Travis took to Instagram with a message asking for help.
Missing out
Alongside a black and white image of himself sporting his trademark black hair and undercut, he wrote: "I feel the need to make something abundantly clear here. This is not to farm for sympathy and support, it’s a practicality as it’s resulted in missing out on a few recent opportunities."
He continued: "I am without representation and have been for my entire career. That means no management, no agent, no label, no publishing deal, just me. While I’m confident and hopeful that this will change eventually, I haven’t found the right fit."
Travis concluded: "So, if you have any interest in working with me as a film/tv composer, music producer and/or actor please reach out directly through my web page. Thank you."
He was inundated with messages from fans and friends insisting "your time is coming," and many who called his work "incredible."

The family recently starred in their first movie together, Family Movie, marking their debut collaboration.
The fittingly-titled film is about a filmmaking family who finds themselves in a real-life horror movie when a body turns up on the set of their low-budget slasher, forcing them to cover up the murder to keep filming.
© Getty ImagesKyra told Entertainment Weekly that she and Kevin were pleasantly surprised by their children's reaction to working together.
"We pitched it to the kids, thinking that they probably wouldn't be into it," she said. "I was so nervous. And they actually said yes. I was like, 'Wait, what? You wanna work with your parents?' It was pretty monumental."
