September 29, 2014

Victoria Beckham braved the London rain to visit her newly opened store in Mayfair on Monday. The impeccably dressed fashionista was spotted heading into her Dover Street shop, wearing her trademark pout and signature dark oversized sunglasses. The wife of football legend David Beckham channelled business chic as she opted for a black, midi-length skirt and open neck white shirt. She completed her monochrome look with black suede ankle boots and a clutch, and was sheltered from the drizzle by a bodyguard holding an umbrella.

Once inside the store, Victoria, 40, was spotted chatting to her team and customers and seemed in high spirits as she was pictured laughing away. Her flagship store opened its doors to the public on Thursday, but Victoria was unable to make the launch as she was in New York accepting her role as a UN goodwill ambassador for AIDS charity UNAIDS.

Less than 24-hours after landing back in the motherland, Victoria made a beeline for her store, flaunting her trim figure in a leopard print skirt and black top. "So excited to visit my store today! Thank u to my wonderful team and customers I met today!! X vb," she tweeted at the time, followed by, "Thank u to everyone who has visited #VBDoverSt… Everyone is welcome!!!! Come and visit us x vb." David, 39, surprised shoppers when he turned up to the Thursday launch in Victoria's place, causing a stir with paparazzi and fashionistas alike.
