The image, shot by renowned photographer Mario Sorrenti, sees the couple about to share a passionate kiss. Kim's long black locks are slicked back in an edgy style, and the 34-year-old is sporting dramatic black smokey eyes for a high fashion look.

For the striking shots, Kim wears a daring dress from the French fashion house's Spring 2015 collection,similar to the black leather cage-effect dress sister Kendall Jenner wore when she rocked the brand's catwalk at Fashion Week in September. Meanwhile, rapper husband Kanye West, with whom Kim tied the knot in May, looks suave in a tailored blazer, paired with a gold chain necklace.
Kim shared her excitement about the campaign on her Twitter account, revealing the new photo with the caption simply reading, "BALMAIN!!!!!!"

Meanwhile, the designer brand's creative director Olivier Rousteing shared the photo on his Instagram account, revealing that one of the themes behind the shoot was love. "THE BALMAIN LOVE," he captioned the photo. "#kanyewest + @kimkardashian for @balmainparis #itsallaboutlove."
Olivier famously created the 'Balmain army', a host of models and style icons who are often spotted working with the brand or storming its runways, which features Kendall and Kim. Kim and Kanye are big fans of the brand, and showed their support for Olivier and Kendall at Paris Fashion Week in September from the front row at the catwalk show.
