Kardashian-Jenner clan steal the show at Grammys 2015 after party

February 9, 2015

All eyes were on the Kardashian-Jenner sisters at the Grammys 2015 on Sunday night. While Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West rocked the red carpet, sister Khloe was joined by their younger siblings Kendall and Kylie Jenner for the GQ after party.

Khloe, Kendall and Kylie dazzled at the after party

Khloe, 30, wowed in a shimmering black dress with a daring plunging neckline and thigh high split, wearing her hair in an edgy slicked back style, and rocking a statement red lip, as well as a dazzling ring by L’Dezen by Payal Shah. Kylie, 17, also chose an embellished ivory gown, designed by Giorgio Armani. Stood next to them was Kendall, 19, who chose a striking black Elie Saab dress featuring lace detail and a plunging neckline, keeping her hair and make-up to a bare minimum for laidback glamour.

Other stars who dazzled at the after party included Jessie J who changed out of her dazzling black red carpet gown into an edgy monochrome number, to Rita Ora who ditched her shimmering silver gown in favour of a short black dress with colourful prints.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were fashion's power couple on the red carpet

Meanwhile, Kim wowed at the ceremony in a golden Jean Paul Gaultier couture gown, as she sat front row with Kanye, joined by close friend John Legend and his wife Chrissy Teigen who were sat on the row behind them. Kanye caused a stir during the ceremony after he stormed the stage following the news that Beck won the award for Album of the Year, beating Beyoncé who was also nominated. The rapper immediately walked back off, a nod to the infamous moment at the 2009 VMAs when he interrupted Taylor Swift after she also beat Beyoncé for an award. Although the audience laughed and it seemed to be a joke, Kanye later spoke up when he was interviewed by sister-in-law Khloe who was hosting for E! and it seems that he had wanted to speak up but had stopped himself. "We ain't gonna play with them no more," said Kanye, referring to the Grammys. "Beck needs to respect artistry and he should have given his award to Beyoncé. "At this point – we're tired of it because what happens is, you keep on diminishing art and not respecting the craft and smacking people in the face after they deliver monumental music. You are disrespectful to inspiration." However, there seem to be no hard feelings between the musicians. "You can't please everybody," said Beck when asked about Kanye's appearance on stage. "I still love him and think he's genius. I aspire to what he does. How many great records has he put out in the last five years, right?"
