In a deserted house off Piccadilly, the backdrop of the Sophia Webster presentation set the tone for things to come. Known for her quirky show settings, the shoe designer far from disappointed as she unveiled her new Autumn/Winter 2015 wares at London Fashion Week.
After stepping inside the run-down venue, guests were greeted with the sight of gymnasts in checked bodysuits contorting their bodies while modelling Sophia's new shoes. Stepping out to cast a discerning eye over Sophia's new collection was former The Hills star Whitney Port, who wore a navy coat over a black leather skirt and pointed heels.
She was joined by popstar Pixie Lott, who looked cute in a light denim dress and furry strap heels designed by Sophia. Models were dressed as giant drink bottles, clutching huge straws and Cherry Coke clutches. Others wore Coca Cola logo backpacks.
New additions to the hugely successful Sophia Webster range included pompom shoe slips for the front of your stilettos and knee-high lace up boots. Talking to the Debrief, Sophia said: "I like to design with a bit of sass. "A lot of the slogans come from song lyrics I like. I really like to empower women with my shoes, there's nothing else like shoes that make you feel better, stand better, make you slimmer and make your bum look better!"
